Access Employment Network (AEN) is a national provider of job placement services with headquarters in Los Angeles, California.

AEN was founded by Enrique N. Vega, a board certified rehabilitation counselor and board certified disability management specialist with over 30 years of experience doing job placement for persons with a wide range of disabilities. Mr. Vega has worked with Ticket to Work beneficiaries since 2005. He also has experience with Workers’ Compensation (WC) programs, Long Term Disability (LTD) programs and is a certified Rehabilitation Counselor (RC) with the United States Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Program (OWCP).  Mr. Vega also functions as a designated Vocational Expert (VE) with the Social Security Administration. Mr. Vega has published articles and lectured for various professional organizations on the issue of employment for persons with disabilities. He holds a cum laude degree from Yale University and a master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in rehabilitation counseling from California State University.

Daniel Orellana is the Program Director at AEN. Mr. Orellana has more than 12 years of experience doing job placement with persons with disabilities. He also has experience in various disability systems such as workers compensation (WC), US Department of Labor OWCP and Long Term Disability (LTD), and has been a provider of job placement services with the Ticket to Work program since 2005. Mr. Orellana is a trained Work Incentive Coordinator with the Social Security Administration and is able to counsel persons receiving social security benefits on how to coordinate employment and benefits. Mr. Orellana is based in our Los Angeles office.

Dr. Antonio Reyes is the Director of Rehabilitation Services at AEN. He has over 10 years of experience helping individuals with disabilities to find employment. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Disability Management Specialist. Dr. Reyes teaches courses as a lecturer in the Rehabilitation and Clinical Counseling program at California State University, Los Angeles. He also provides expert testimony regarding disability and employment in a variety of venues. Dr. Reyes is an active researcher with peer-reviewed publications and presentations investigating issues related to employment, earnings, vocational rehabilitation, and psychosocial adjustment for individuals with disabilities.
